🌱 Notable acchievements

  • Soil Restoration: Increased organic matter on test plots from 2.5% to 4.1% in just three months using compost produced by Helix aspersa snails.

  • Waste Diversion Model: Piloted a scalable system capable of processing over 3,000 lbs of pre-consumer food waste annually—reducing methane emissions while generating valuable inputs like compost and escargot protein.

  • Workforce & Education:  Developed a curriculum focused on circular agro-ecology, nutrition, and bio-based entrepreneurship.

  • Mission-Aligned Enterprise: Launched a cooperative to sell products that support regenerative agriculture and community sustainability goals.

  • Startup Infrastructure: Secured a $10K/month Google Ad Grant, formalized fiscal sponsorship through EarthShare, and are finalizing a lead nonprofit partner to support expansion and funding readiness.

  • Product Innovation: Partnered with a domestic manufacturer to develop a prototype for a harvestable snail-composting unit designed for small-scale regenerative farms.
