The Vision

Helical Healing Habitat (HHH) is architecting the post-livestock fallback system. Our flagship innovation, EscarGrow™, is an intelligent, snail-powered bioconversion engine designed to turn global waste liabilities into high-value assets. Following our 2026 Earthshot Prize nomination and the validation of cross-continental demand from Title I school districts and industrial waste producers, we are transitioning from a technical pilot to a scalable infrastructure utility.

We have secured early seed funding and "Audit-Proof" letters of commitment. We are now seeking a Founding Partner/Director of Partnerships to bridge the Value Capture Gap and steer HHH through its most critical industrial growth phase.

The Role: 80/20 Strategy & Operational Grit

This is a "sleeves-rolled-up" co-founder partnership. You are not just a manager; you are a co-architect of our internal culture and external moat. In accordance with our 80/20 Rule, you will spend the majority of your time on Relationship Management and Strategy, ensuring HHH is positioned as an essential utility for institutional gatekeepers, while dedicating the remaining 20% to ensuring our narrative is technically precise and "Audit-Proof."

• High-Touch Strategist: You understand the language of 2026 impact investors and family offices. You can build a data room that survives rigorous institutional audits and speak to the Value Capture of circular systems.

• Systems Architect: You possess the technical literacy to navigate manufacturing, supply chain, and biological hardware. You aren't afraid of the trenches of a remote-first, high-velocity startup.
