Meet Khoury Howell

We're glad to welcome Khoury Howell as HHH's Director of Programming.

In this role, Khoury will lead the design and deployment of the tools and systems that connect HHH's program participants (locally and nationally) turning our programs into infrastructure that can scale and reach the people it's meant to serve.

He brings deep experience to the work. A platform architect and full-stack developer based in the Dallas–Fort Worth metroplex, Khoury has built across civic technology, enterprise systems, and impact-driven ventures. He is also the founder of The National Information Exchange Agency (NIEA), where he serves as principal architect of the organization's economic infrastructure — designing the contribution networks, verification engines, and value-exchange protocols that address The Contribution Legibility Gap (the structural inability of prevailing economic systems to see, measure, or act upon the productive activities that sustains communities).

Khoury’s systems-level thinking will fuel HHH's programs as they grow. We're fortunate to have him leading this work.
