Brian Manning brings a rigorous technical foundation in systems architecture and strategic operations to HHH. With a career defined by managing complex data environments and operational workflows, Brian oversees the integration of the MyEscarGrow IoT ledger, ensuring that every biological metric is translated into verifiable, bankable climate data.
His expertise allows HHH to move nature-based systems from experimental pilots to industrial-grade utilities. He holds a Bachelors of Science in Microbiology from the University of Pittsburgh.
Ozi Manning Founder | Executive Director
Ozi Manning is a product designer and systems innovator specializing in the integration of ancestral ecological wisdom with industrial-scale climate resilience. Drawing on a career designing complex systems for global brands like Fidelity and Jeep, and as founding designer of wellness ventures like Chill Jane, VGN AF, and ELXRCo.
A 2026 Earthshot Prize nominee, she is dedicated to building audit-proof fallback systems that empower frontline communities to lead the global climate transition with dignity and technical sovereignty.

Omar Gallaga is a renowned journalist, storyteller, and cultural decoder who serves as the lead architect of HHH’s narrative strategy. A longtime pillar of the Austin American-Statesman and a celebrated voice in the Texas tech and creative sectors, Omar possesses the rare ability to translate complex, tangled systems into clear, actionable human stories.
He ensures that our biological breakthroughs are not just understood, but are integrated into a compelling, resilient narrative that sticks.
B.C. Igbokwe Executive Assistant
B.C. Igbokwe serves as the Executive Assistant at HHH. In this capacity, she acts as the executive backbone of the organization, ensuring that technical operations remain deeply rooted in communal wisdom and integrity.
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
