The Mission: Reclassifying biology as essential utility
HHH is moving past "sustainability" and into Strategic Infrastructure. We require a strategist who understands that zoning is the ultimate barrier to circularity. We are reclassifying bioconversion hubs from "agriculture" to "essential utility," clearing the path for EscarGrow™ across state lines.
Objective: The Regulatory Architect
Ideally an experienced campaign manager, you understand that legislative change is a ground game. You will navigate the complex zoning and "waste-to-value" landscape to ensure nationwide mobility, treating regulatory hurdles like a "methane bomb" that needs to be defused through strategic narrative and policy-craft.
Who you are:
Intrinsically Motivated: You often seek to make a difference in the world and find personal meaning in building your lifestyle. You thrive by meeting three core needs: autonomy, competence, and relatedness.
The Campaign Strategist: Proven track record in corporate strategy, negotiations, or high-stakes campaign management. You know how to build a coalition.
The Policy Expert: Deep understanding of USDA APHIS (PPQ 526) and state-level organic waste mandates (e.g., SB 1383).
The Bridge Builder: Possess the "persuasive engineering" skills to find common ground between conservative agricultural boards and progressive climate-tech funds.
The Narrative Lead: You translate technical hardware into a community legacy that politicians are proud to stand behind.
How to get noticed
In your introductory memo, please address:
Zoning Strategy: Describe a time you successfully negotiated for a land-use change or regulatory exemption for a "non-standard" project.
Coalition Building: How do you explain the value of a bioconversion hub to an agricultural board member focused on biosecurity?
