A modular bioconversion hub that turns food waste and waste heat into protein, soil, and climate data.


WHAT IT IS

EscarGrow™ is an enclosed, IoT-monitored heliciculture system — a snail bioconversion hub — designed to integrate with existing institutional infrastructure. It accepts pre-consumer organic food waste as feedstock and, where available, uses residual low-grade industrial heat (such as data center server exhaust) to maintain an optimal growing environment for snails without drawing from the electrical grid.

The system produces three outputs:

  • Gourmet protein and cosmetic-grade mucin for regional food and personal-care markets

  • Snail frass, a pathogen-free organic fertilizer for urban agriculture

  • Methane-avoidance data tracked via the MyEscarGrow IoT platform, usable for ESG and waste-compliance reporting

Each unit is monitored through the MyEscarGrow app, which logs biological performance, waste diversion volumes, and climate metrics in real time.

DEVELOPMENT STATUS

EscarGrow™ is currently in the prototype development phase. We are actively seeking manufacturing partners in the DFW region and conducting compliance pilots using native, non-regulated snail species. For schools, hotels, hospitals, and large dining operations Processes 5,000–15,000 lbs of waste annually. Hybrid thermal operation (ambient + heat recovery). Full ESG-grade data output. Produces mucin, protein, and documented methane-avoidance metrics.

Thermal

For data centers and industrial facilities Modular array capable of processing 50,000+ lbs annually. Powered directly by recovered server exhaust heat. Enterprise MyEscarGrow data output. Functions as a distributed biological thermal sink, improving facility PUE (Power Usage Effectiveness) while generating bio-assets and institutional climate data.
