So, you want to be a Medicinal Herbalist

Retail herb sales in North America surpassed $10 billion in 2024, and the fastest-growing segment is fresh, local, and traceable.

We're a 20-acre regenerative farm in Farmersville, Texas, and we're building soil the right way — composting, mulching, raising snails whose frass goes back into the earth. The result is ground ready to grow serious medicine.

We're looking for a medicinal herbalist who wants living soil, water access, and a real community context for their practice — not a grow light and a corner of a warehouse. As an Herbalist Fellow, you use shared farm resources and keep everything you earn. We provide the infrastructure, the platform, and the integrated system around you.

Direct-to-consumer medicinal herbs (tinctures, teas, dried botanicals, fresh bundles) command premium margins when paired with a verified farm-origin story. You'd have that here, built in.

Details: $350/month program participation fee (tax-deductible). Three-month minimum. Shared resource access included.
