We're a regenerative community farm in Farmersville, Texas, and we're looking for a chef who wants to cook from the land, not from a delivery truck.
Helical Healing Habitat is 20 acres of working farm 45 miles northeast of Dallas. We raise land snails for escargot, grow produce, and operate as a closed-loop regenerative system. We're looking for a chef-in-residence: someone who can build a food experience around what we grow, host farm dinners, develop escargot recipes, and help close the gap between what Americans think they eat and what they could be eating.
The farm-to-table segment commands a significant premium over conventional dining β and farm dinners in particular routinely price at $150 to $350 per seat with strong repeat attendance. You set your pricing. You keep 100% of what you earn. We provide the land, the ingredients, the audience, and the platform.

$650/month nonprofit program fee (tax-deductible). Three-month minimum. Dedicated zone, full revenue retention, included marketing features.
